Why study Anatomy & Physiology ?

Anatomy & Physiology is the study of how the body works, where the organs are positioned and what their function is.

It is necessary to study Anatomy & Physiology in order to gain a qualification in other related subjects such as Massage or Reflexology.

This must be studied because when you perform a Massage (or any other treatment), you need to know where the organs are positioned and what they do.

Without this knowledge, it would in fact be quite dangerous to give a treatment.

How will it be studied ?

To study this course, we will supply you with :

• A program in .EXE format (readable from any computer supporting Windows 3.1/ 95 / 98 / 2000 / ME/ XP or greater)
• The program is extremely simple and intuitive to use
• Numerous diagrams
• Tests - to be completed

Content of the A&P course

This course will cover an in-depth study of the following :

• The skeletal system
• Cells, connective tissues, membranes
• Muscular system
• The Skin
• Vascular system, blood
• Lymphatic system
• Respiratory system
• Digestive system
• Endocrine system
• Genito urinary system
• Reproductive System
• Neurological system
• First Aid
• Accessory organs (eyes, ears)

Examinations and Diplomas

We monitor your progresses at the end of each lesson when you are asked to take a test.

Assuming you score a minimum of 75% average in all the tests, you will automatically receive our Anatomy & Physiology Diploma at the end of the course. Please note that you will be able to retake a test if you fail.

There is no supplementary examination at the end of the course.
