Body Massage DVD

In this Massage video, I will demonstrate how to safely and effectively give a full Body Massage. To properly perform this massage, you will need a couch.

The first part of the video explains the equipment needed to perform the massage: couch (including an explanation on how to set the height of your couch), wipes, towels, jewellery, nails, dressing code etc..

Throughout the film, I explain what I am doing in details. Each stroke is demonstrated with ample explanations and camera close up so you will know exactly what you are supposed to do. This film has been used by most of my ITEC (professional qualifying body) massage students to memorise the various strokes. My student  pass rate with ITEC was over 98%..

Treatment to all parts of the body will be demonstrated. Starting with the face and scalp, moving to the neck, front of shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, toes (some reflexology is demonstrated), abdomen, the back of the legs, the upper thighs and I finish on the back.

This massage can be either invigorating for those who need more energy (if performed more vigorously) or relaxing for those who need de-stressing (performed more gently).

It can be used by beginners wishing to learn massage from the beginning or more advanced practitioners wishing to improve their techniques.
