Indian Head Massage DVD

In this Massage video, we demonstrate how to safely and effectively give a full Indian Head Massage. This massage can be executed on an ordinary chair. It is performed fully clothed and only the hands and fingers are used.

The first part of this Massage DVD explains the equipment needed to perform the massage. Then follows a list of contra-indications to Indian Head Massage (when not to massage).

Throughout the film, our tutor explains what he is doing and how to perform each stroke properly. The name of the strokes is clearly stated, their benefits as well as the name of acupressure points (Tsubos) when used.

Treatment to the following parts of the body will be demonstrated: The back, the shoulders (a lot of work on these as many customers will suffer from tension in these big muscles), the arms, the neck (very relaxing), the scalp (divine) and the face. The full massage will last approximately 40 minutes.

This massage is one of the most relaxing your clients are ever likely to experience and you should enjoy them retuning for more many times. It will leave them thoroughly relaxed and they most likely will sleep well that night.
