The following hand positions are used when treating yourself.
Each position should be held for
approximately three minutes.
You can however stay on a position for as long as you feel you need to,
then move on to the next position.
The best way to time yourself is to use our
Reiki with Tibetan Bell music. This warns you every three minutes, with
the beautiful sound of the Tibetan bell, that it is time to change
Hands on top of the head.
The hands are positioned over the eyes
Hands over the ears
Hands at the back of the head
Hands are cupped around the throat
Hands on one shoulder first and then on the other.
Support your elbow with your other hand.
The hands are positioned just
below the chest.
Hands over the chest
Hands below the chest
Hands over the abdomen
Hands over the lower abdomen
Hands on the upper back (if this position is painful, skip it)
Hands over the buttocks
Hands above and below the one knee and then the other
Hands above and under one foot then the other.
See below if you cannot reach your feet.
Project the energy to you feet if you cannot do position 15
Work on your aura.
Position your hands a few inches from the side of your head
