The importance of your liver

Your liver is arguably the most important organ in your body.

  1. It has its own immune system to protect itself
  2. It filters our blood to remove toxins (if strong enough)
  3. It produces bile to process the fat that we eat, and turn it to energy for us
  4. Your liver stores sugar in the form of glycogen. The sugar I am talking about is not from commercial sugar but from fruits, vegetables, maple syrup, or honey. This is a critical function used by the liver to keep us going for many hours when we don't eat. This also helps save our pancreas that does not have to worry about releasing sugar (glucagon). This helps prevent hypoglycaemia, and diabetes type 2.
  5. It stores vitamins and minerals for future use, and if still healthy it will release those when needed.
  6. It protects you against bacteria and viruses
  7. It tries to neutralize, what it does not recognized (mercury, lead, copper, arsenic, aluminium, nickel, cadmium and other deadly metals, plastics, radiation, chlorine, fluoride, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, cleaning solvent, etc… As those feed cancers, viruses, bacteria and cause inflammation., etc…).
  8. Altogether, your liver performs over 2,000 different tasks to help keep you healthy

this happens when we have a sluggish liver

When your diet has been high in animal products for many years, when you have regularly consumed alcohol, and from the poisons in our highly toxic environment, many toxins end up stored in the liver. Your liver gets sluggish and as a result, your liver will stop properly filtering your blood, and this will result in the following:

  1. Your blood will be sticky and filled with toxins. This is known as dirty blood.
  2. As a result, the heart will struggle to pump this thick toxic blood from the liver, and this may cause a "mysterious high blood pressure" from the exertion. This is the type of blood pressure that puzzles doctors.
  3. The heart will then send dirty blood to all the organs in your body weakening them.
  4. You may then develop skin problems or other illness such as gout, varicose veins, or many others.
  5. Another problem with a sluggish liver is that it may not be able to store enough sugar to keep us going, and you may eventually end up with diabetes type 2, or adrenal fatigue.
  6. Scar tissues will form in the liver. It is reckoned nowadays that 9 out of 10 people have a scarred liver.

All is not gloom

Nature provides all we need to clean our liver, and remove all harmful products.

Many vegetables, wild food, and fruits can help heal your liver. For example:

  • Vegetables: Broccoli is vital for a healthy liver
  • Wild food: Dandelion greens are amazing to remove toxins from the liver
  • Fruits: Grapes are excellent to clean the liver and provide it with the good sugar it needs

There are many other vegetables, fruits, and wild food that can be used to clean this very important organ.

Some Supplements are also critical to keep our liver healthy.  For example:

  • B12 with Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin is one of the most important. Make sure you get one with both constituents.
  • Ester C vitamin cleanses the liver, removes toxins from our body, strengthens our immune system, increases oxygen where needed, lowers inflammation, helps the adrenal glands, stops scar tissues in the liver (and can reverse them).

Unfortunately, there are also food that will damage our liver. It's a minefield for newcomers who try to help their liver with a healthy diet, or supplements.

There is no such thing as a quick detox. These only make suppliers of those products wealthy.

If you are unhealthy, i can help you With my consultation

Allow me to help you clean your liver, and other organs efficiently without any chemicals. Searching the internet, or books, to achieve this will often bring conflicting or even harmful information.

Since self curing my cancers of the liver and large intestines in 1991, I have attended an impressive number of courses on natural healing, and read hundreds of books. Since 1993 when I started offering guidance, I have helped hundreds recover health with my advice, during my courses at my school in England, and with my internet consultations.

The reason that I can help you more than any other "expert" with many illnesses is that I also get information from spirits that give me vital information on many diseases such as those

During my consultation, I will explain why your liver, or any other organ, are getting weak and tell you exactly what to do to fix them.

I do not use harmful chemicals but only the immense power of vegetables, fruits, spices, wild herbs, and plants. No side effects with those. Only a gentle cure.
