Hoxsey Therapy To Fight Cancer

Another great remedy that, once again, became the target of the medical establishment.

Horse's hock where the tumor was

In 1840, John Hoxsey a horse farmer from Illinois found one of his horses with a malignant tumour on its right hock.

Being a Quaker, he did not want to shoot the animal and instead put it in a meadow to graze and finish its days in peace.

He noticed the horse feeding in part of the meadow on some herbs that were not usually part of its staple diet.

Cancer Tumor Cured

Hoxsey cancer cure rejected

Within three weeks, the tumour had stopped growing and within 3 months it fell off on its own accord.

John decided to experiment with the herbs and developed one internal tonic and two external remedies to treat cancers and tumours in animals.

The magic formula for Hoxsey therapy was passed on from generation to generation and his grandson; Veterinarian John C Hoxsey was the first to use it on people.

His son Harry Hoxsey got interested at an early age and founded the first Hoxsey clinic in 1924.

Battles With The Medical Establishment

Hoxsey battles with the medical establishment who wants to ban his cancer cure

This is when the battle with the medical establishment started. Even though...

Harry Hoxsey successfully treated thousands of customers with his Hoxsey therapy.

Years of legal battle when head strong Harry fought the AMA (American Medical Association) and the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) tooth and nails.

Despite countless well documented Hoxsey therapy successes, far exceeding what modern medicine could produce, Harry was hunted for most of his adult life by his arch enemy from the AMA Dr Fishbin.

He was sent to jail and released on innumerable occasions because of practising Medicine without a licence.

He set up numerous Hoxsey therapy clinics all around the USA and eventually, continuously persecuted, he found refuge in Mexico where he carried on practising.

Not Playing Fair

He relentlessly asked the medical establishment to test his remedies, asking similar procedures to compare the results of his remedies and those of modern medicine.

The rulers of medicine never accepted this and until now, keep persecuting the successors of Harry Hoxsey.

At Last: A Study By 10 (honest) Physicians...

A study took place in 1954 by ten physicians who visited the Hoxsey's clinic in Dallas. They investigated the case histories of hundreds of patients.

They interviewed current and ex-patients and concluded that the Hoxsey Cancer Clinic is:

"successfully treating pathologically proven cases of cancer, both internal and external, without the use of surgery, radiation, or X-ray...."

"Some of those presented before us have been free of symptoms for as long as 24 years, and the physical evidence indicates that they are all enjoying exceptional health.... We as a committee feel that the Hoxsey treatment is superior to such conventional methods of treatment as X-ray, radium, and surgery.

We are willing to assist this clinic in any way possible in bringing this treatment to the American public."

Request Denied

The above request was denied and the Hoxsey Therapy, infuriatingly, was never made available to Cancer clients.

Basically, there is no money to be made selling natural plants so, this successful remedy is of no interest to the cash rich pharmaceutical companies that rule the medical establishment.

Eventually, the AMA admitted that the external application had merit.

By the late 1950s, Hoxsey was forced out of business in Texas, so he moved his clinic to Tijuana, Mexico, in 1963, where it remains today, now called the Bio-Medical Center.

Senate Committee Investigation

Benedict FitzGerald, a Massachusetts attorney was hired by a U.S. Senate committee to look into Alternative Cancer Therapies.

He reported that the NCI (National Cancer Institute)...

"took sides and sought in every way to hinder, suppress, and restrict the Hoxsey Cancer Clinic.... that a conspiracy existed among the AMA, NCI, and other agencies to promote radiation, X-ray therapy, and surgery, while suppressing alternative, non-toxic therapies, which were highly praised by the cured patients themselves."

Two Federal courts upheld the "therapeutic value" of the Hoxsey internal tonic.

Cancer Successes

There have been numerous studies conducted on the long-term survivors who have used the Hoxsey therapy.

Cancers that have responded well to the Hoxsey protocol are lymphoma, melanoma, and skin cancer, although other forms of cancer have been completed healed as well.

Some examples are:

  • a 56 -year-old woman with metastatic ovarian cancer that was sent home to die 14 years ago, who remains vigorously healthy today
  • a 75-year-old man with metastatic prostate cancer, who shows no sign of cancer today
  • a 62-year-old man with terminal malignant melanoma, whose cancer had continued to spread after surgery, who is now stable and improving after three years.

The Successors To Hoxsey

Mildred Nelson, R.N., Hoxsey's head nurse, accompanied  Hoxsey in 1963 and carried on his work after he died. Mildred died in 1999. Her sister carried on her work.

Mildred estimated that roughly 80 per cent of the people who came to the clinic were helped by the therapy, and there are many examples of long-term survivors with no recurrence of their cancers.
