I am often asked what foods cause acne. When I met my wife to be, I knew she was the right woman for me. One minor problem was all the acne pimples on her face. However, I knew that I could help her get rid of this debilitating condition within a few weeks. And, I was right.

The only thing she needed to do was to follow the dietary and other advice I gave her.

First, I eliminated these three dangerous foods

When asked what foods cause acne, I always start by mentioning the following three foods. Apart from encouraging acne to develop, they feed viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. Everybody should exclude them from their diet. Viruses such as The Epstein Barr virus are responsible for many cancers, autoimmune diseases, and many other health problems that still puzzle modern medicine.

Eggs are prime food for viruses, bacteria, cysts, fibroids, tumours, and nodules. 
Completely removing eggs from your diet will give you a fighting chance against any disease, including acne.

Gluten is prime food for viruses and bacteria, allowing them to grow in your body. Found in most bread, cakes, biscuits, pasta, wheat, barley, rye, spelt (a type of wheat), etc… Gluten creates inflammation mainly in the intestines. It confuses our immune system.

Dairy creates mucus in the body that can eventually turn to cysts or tumours. 
Dairy contains lactose, and the combination of fat and sugar in our diet has adverse effects on health, especially if you suffer from a disease. Dairy in your bloodstream encourages viruses and bacteria to develop. Dairy keeps your acne going.

If you suffer from any health problems, I'd advise you to eradicate these three food categories from your diet.

The medical establishment largely ignores viruses. Currently, testing equipment only allows medical practitioners to find viruses if they are in the blood. Viruses prefer to lodge themselves in the liver where they have an ample supply of toxins to eat, or in the reproductive system. Undetected, they can proliferate and cause ill health conditions such as acne and many more severe illnesses.

ALL meat such as chicken, beef, pork (the worst), wild animals, dairy, eggs, oil, fat…
If eaten frequently, the meat will accumulate in the intestines and form a mucoid plaque (this is hardened faeces stuck to the wall of the intestines). It is poisonous! Over time, ammonia gas will develop and create ammonia permeability (ammonia gas that penetrates your intestines' wall, circulates and poison all organs in the body). This is highly toxic to all organs.

Everybody should avoid Canola oil as it is primarily GMO nowadays. It creates a great deal of inflammation (acne). It damages your digestive system, potentially scarring the linings of both your small and large intestines, and is a major cause of irritable bowel syndrome. Canola oil can feed viruses, bacteria, fungus, and mould. Beyond that, canola oil has an effect similar to battery acid inside your arteries, creating significant vascular damage.

All commercial sweets, chocolate, sugared drinks (most fizzy and non-fizzy drinks are sugared).
Sugar is well known to cause health problems (including acne).

Corns are most likely genetically modified (GM). Corn products and by-products create substantial inflammation (acne). Corn can feed viruses, bacteria, mould, and fungus. Even when corn is advertised as non-GMO, it can still trigger any health condition—and it may be GMO.

Fat is the number one food that causes acne. To digest fat, your liver produces bile. This is an exhausting function, and if your intake of fat is frequent, your liver will get tired and stop producing enough bile.
This means that the fat you now eat is not dealt with properly, and some will float in your blood (dirty blood = acne).

Remember: Protein means Fat

It is impossible to lack protein as long as you eat. You can find an easily absorbed form of protein in green grapes, lettuce, collards, kale, other leafy greens, and many other vegetables and fruits.

Your whole body runs on good sugar (not fat).

If you want to improve your health:

  1. Cut down on fat.
  2. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
  3. Don't fall for the erroneous idea that fruits are bad for you.

Wikipedia claims that what causes acne is: "Genetics is the primary cause of acne in 80% of cases.". This is typical of the modern establishment that refuses to acknowledge what foods cause acne. I suppose that there is no money in foods for them.
